Orders and payment
Prices are shown in euros. Orders must be paid in full before processing. We may cancel an order because of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, stock problems, or incorrect customer information.
Products
We aim to display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting or screen settings.
Shipping
Customers must provide a correct delivery address. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, or other delays outside our control.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Your legal consumer rights remain unaffected.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact care@noviera.store if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Website use
You may not misuse the website, attempt fraud, interfere with its operation, or copy its content without permission.

Noviera is not responsible for indirect losses or delays outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory EU consumer protections still apply.
