30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To request a return, email care@noviera.store with your order number.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. After approval, return instructions will be sent by email.
Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact care@noviera.store and include photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
EU Right of Withdrawal
EU customers may cancel an online purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason.
